   To review collects what is waiting for a person: scorecards to check, the same match from two sources, where sources disagree, and names that might be one person.

2. 02

   Same match: link the two, or say they are two matches. Where they disagree, choose which is right, or that both are, with a reason.

3. 03

   Same person: merge them, or say they are two people. Any merge can be undone.
