Self run starts with fourteen days free, and no card. Managed is set up with you by hand: get in touch.
Setup
Play-Cricket and Instagram connected, your templates drawn to your crest and colours, an hour’s walkthrough and thirty days of help, proved on a real weekend of your fixtures before a monthly penny is due. Self run setup is £250 for the first fifty clubs, then £500.
Anything else
Match fee chasing, club admin, junior cricket, sponsor campaigns: priced per job, and quoted before it starts.
A year paid up front is not refundable and renews each year, with an email a month before. Posts do not roll over. Self run help is by email, for faults, billing and getting in.
In season is April to September. Monthly, cancel at the end of any month; a year up front runs to the end of its year and moves down a tier when it renews. Post and clip counts are per calendar month and do not roll over. Anything outside a package is quoted before it starts, so a monthly never quietly turns into a production job.

Do we need anything from Play-Cricket?
Your club’s own Play-Cricket API key, which the ECB issues to the club. Pavilion writes the email asking for it; a site administrator sends it from the club’s address. The key is only ever used to read your club’s own fixtures, scorecards and tables. Nothing is ever written back.
Which Instagram account does it post to?
Your club’s own. You connect it by signing in on Instagram itself, so Pavilion never sees the password, and it needs a professional (business or creator) account. No Facebook Page is needed.
We already have a website.
Keep it. Pavilion is not a club website and does not replace Pitchero or anything else. Its stats site goes on the website you already have, as a link or framed inside one of its pages.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of any month. A year up front runs to the end of its year.
